If you are looking for the perfect restaurant for date night we have found the spot for you. Chandeliers, wine and Italian fare encompass Edera Osteria Entoeca, located at 1903 San Pedro Ave. We sat down in this new restaurant and were offered a glass of prosseco to start off our dining experience. (Yes please!)
Alyssa and I opted in for a few appetizers to start, because you only eat dinner once a day. The stracciatella di bufala was our pick. A house made potato bread topped with mozzarella di bufala cheese. Hidden under the cheese was a thin layer of orange marmalade to sweeten the whole deal.
Alyssa chose the diavolo pizza. Made with a spicy diavolo sauce, topped with chorizo Espanol, sopressata, capicola and piparras. This pizza is all about the sauce, and not to mention the perfect presentation!
I went for a dish that was sweet over savory. The Salmon alla griglia is grilled and served over pickled peaches roasted heirloom tomatoes, baby spinach and saffron nage.
