There’s a new brunch spot near the Dominion area — Mae Dunne Kitchen & Goods. Along with a charming aesthetic, the hospitality and food at Mae Dunne is incredible.

After looking over the extensive menu I decided on three drinks and two dishes!

Brunch began elegantly with a lavender latte (one of the best, and I’ve had many!) created with Los Poblanos lavender paired with a lavender limonada with fresh squeezed limeade and sparkling water.

So far, my favorite brunch dish is the Turkish egg toast with herbed yogurt on the bottom, sun-dried tomato pesto, sliced avocado, spicy oil, and poached eggs. That herbed yogurt. Mmm. So gooood! I tend to indulge in a savory and sweet dish when I can at meals. The banana pancakes with fresh berries were a perfect finish with a side of matcha.

Mae Dunne is located at 23702 I-10, Suite 108, and is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
