Cafe Dijon, located on 555 E. Basse Rd., opened its doors earlier this summer. The French-inspired restaurant quickly has become a favorite in the city since its opening.
Guests are able to walk in and choose anything from the Cafe’s seasonal menu which has rotating items like salads and sandwiches. You can also choose from salads, sandwiches and sweets right off of the menu.
This was our first visit to Cafe Dijon so we decided to go with the classics, and had a little help from the chef in choosing our items.
I had a savory beet salad topped with goat cheese, nuts, baby arugula, served with a grilled baguette. Alyssa tried the open sandwich trio (and I was a little jealous). Her trio choices were, avocado, green goddess hummus, and strawberry goat cheese.
