Twenty Something SACommonwealth Coffeehouse, a well-loved San Antonio staple known for its European-inspired ambiance and high-quality coffee, has opened a new location on Jones Avenue. This expansion reflects the growing popularity of Commonwealth, which has become a go-to spot for local coffee since 2015.
The new Jones Avenue location, previously Rosella Coffee, carries forward the charm and elegance that Commonwealth is known for. The space features a blend of classic and modern design elements with large windows to allow natural light to flood the interior. The interior is two stories with a large community table available upstairs.
On weekends, guests can enjoy a tasty brunch menu that includes a variety of freshly baked pastries, gourmet toasts, and croissant sandwiches, all paired perfectly with Commonwealth’s signature coffee. In the evenings, the menu shifts to offer a selection of light meals and shareable plates, catering to different moods and times of day.
The new CommonWealth also features a spacious outdoor seating area, a nod to San Antonio’s love for alfresco dining.
Visit the Jones Avenue Commonwealth Coffeehouse at 203 E Jones Ave. The shop is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with the kitchen open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.), Friday from 7 a.m. to midnight (kitchen open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.), and weekends from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
