Copalli Coffee It’s safe to say that Artisans’ Alley is one of our new favorite spots in town! After visiting The Bread Box a few weeks ago I saw Copalli Cafe located at 555 W. Bitters, #112, and knew I had to try it. With pastries, plenty of lunch items, smoothies, a variety of coffee drinks, and teas, there is something for everyone. Copalli Cinnamon Dolce The most popular espresso drink is the Cinnamon Dolce Latte and it was amazing! If you like cinnamon or caramel, this will be your new favorite drink. There are also plenty of flavors you can add to your coffee such as irish cream and amaretto, or try a horchata. If you want a smoothie, they have everything from a Strawberry Matcha to Pina Colada. Copalli Sweet Treats When I arrived, scones, cupcakes, biscotti, carrot cake, and a cinnamon coffee cake lined the counters. However, there are plenty of lunch items including a fire roasted red pepper soup, waldorf salad, caprese sandwich, and turkey basil pesto. Copalli Interior The atmosphere was great for catching up with friends or getting some work done with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Copalli also throws a few fun monthly events! The last Saturday of every month is the party on the patio, which starts at 7:30 and includes live music, empanadas, and free micro-brew. A book club is hosted on Thursday nights from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and features a local poet or author. Additionally, if you bring in a student or faculty ID on Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can receive a free cookie.

Copalli Cafe is open Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Let us know what you try and love after visiting in the comments below!
