Krause’s Cafe & Biergarten recently renovated the historic New Braunfels restaurant that had originally opened in 1938. Krause’s Cafe celebrates New Braunfels’ German heritage by offering a variety of favorites like the Reuben Sandwich and Hunter Schnitzel served with whipped potatoes and red cabbage.
On weekends, visit Krause’s on a Saturday morning to shop local at the New Braunfels Farmer’s Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. After you shop listen to live, local music and, of course, fill up on the new breakfast menu now available daily from 7 to 11 a.m. Enjoy classics dishes like omelets to German favorites like their corned beef hash.
