What’s better than wine and beer? Well, not much, but how does a 5K wine and beer run to benefit San Antonio’s culinary destinations sound? On Saturday, March 19, Culinaria will be hosting a wine and beer event to benefit the Culinaria Farm that will be opening in the early summer of 2016. They strive to promote San Antonio as a culinary destination and celebrate the various cuisine and chefs that our city holds. Culinaria’s Farm will have school tours, seminars, and chef-led cooking classes that include produce grown on-site.
There will be an expo on March 18 for vendors to offer samples, showcase merchandise, and more! You will pick up your bib, timing chip, goodie bag, and t-shirt at the Expo, so don’t miss out! The Expo is open to the public even if you’re not signed up for the run.
Registration is open! The race is $40 per person and teams consisting of at least 10 runners must be made. So grab your friends and get ready to dash and drink!
