Oyster Bake 2016

The 100th annual Fiesta Oyster Bake is in two short weeks! This event is nicknamed the “heartbeat of Fiesta” and will kick off at 5:00 p.m. on April 15th.  Besides thousands of pounds of oysters, guests will enjoy many live performances, such as Kevin Fowler and Isabel Marie, and lots of different food vendors.  The event proceeds benefit a number of things such as St. Mary’s College, student scholarships, and programs in the San Antonio community.  Come enjoy some oysters and entertainment at this years Oyster Bake on the St. Mary’s campus.  For more information go to http://www.oysterbake.com/.
