$25 – $75The 7th annual Corona Paella Challenge will be held at the Pearl on March 13, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hosted by Chef Johnny Hernandez, this event features paella dishes from chefs all over San Antonio, Texas, and the United States. It is a fun and delicious experience to taste many varieties of paella from classic to contemporary styles. There is also a “People’s Choice” award for the paella dish with the most votes from guests.
The event also offers wines of Spain, sangria, and a variety of craft and imported beers. Live music and dancing from Ray Colao will be a part of this year’s Paella Challenge entertainment.
