We celebrated Cinco De Mayo at Tacos N Tequila, located on 1915 Broadway St., and celebrated with half off margaritas and $1.50 select tacos.
On a regular day at Tacos N Tequila, happy hour runs from 4 to 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. to close. We tried the TNT frozen margarita, and one on the rocks. We strayed a little from the traditional margarita and tried the sangria, which was garnished with strawberries. I would recommend the sangria from TNT for those that like sweeter drinks. The last drink we tried was the cucumber jalapeño margarita! If you aren’t that into spice, don’t let the name fool you, this drink is so refreshing!
For dinner we tried the corn crusted street taco with a poblano ranch dressing, and a grilled chicken taco. We had to have the chimayo market corn for our side, which is a crowd favorite at TNT.
Tacos N Tequila lived up to its namesake leaving us satisfied with amazing tacos and delicious blue agave tequila.
