The grand opening of H&M at North Star Mall brought in quite the crowd to say the least. The doors opened to the public at noon on Thursday, October 22nd and by 9 a.m., a crowd began to form outside the bright, red ribbon. Luckily, there was a DJ to keep the shopping vibes up! Alyssa and I arrived excited to enjoy the media breakfast and preview before the shopping commenced.
Stylish outfits, shiny skirts, cool, vintage-esque sweaters with cats and skulls and an extra large beauty and accessories area made up the first floor of the two story H&M.
The second floor led you to an extensive men’s sections with pieces ranging from casual to high-class. The men’s dressing room was transformed into a buffet for the media breakfast with French toast, bacon, pastries, coffee and more. Shopping and breakfast? A dream come true.
This marks the second H&M to hit San Antonio. The first store opened at La Cantera in June 2014 and the third store will open at Rivercenter mall later this year.
