Through March 5, 2015, Travis Park will be home to the Mano Factura art exhibit. The Mano Factura features emerging artists from Mexico and other countries and is a movement of collective art provoking victory and peace. These breathtaking life size models are presented by the City of San Antonio Department for Culture and Creative Development, the International Relations Office and San Antonio’s Sister City, Monterrey, Mexico.
Every “mano” has unbelievable detail. You could spend hours admiring the beauty that went into each and every inch, or ten minutes walking around the park, enjoying the presence of talent and beauty. Either way, the Mano Factura art exhibit is another reason why we love San Antonio.
