Vela serves up locally sourced coffee from Weathered Hands Coffee, a small batch specialty coffee roaster based in the Texas Hill Country. Pair your capp with more local goodness, pastries from Crumbs Viennoiserie.
The menu features all the classics. When I visited this past week, the specialty drink menu featured an amazing Spiced Orange Cold Brew (the velvety cold foam was beyond dreamy) and a Lemon Vanilla Matcha.
