AlyssaAhh, new coffee shop alert! Located a five-minute drive from Blue Star Arts Complex, Poetic Republic Coffee Company recently opened their doors at 2330 S. Presa and they are serving up local coffee, with love.
Brenda Leal always dreamed of opening a coffee shop, and this August, her dream finally came true. Brenda’s passion radiates from inside the Poetic Republic. When she purchased the property, the space was completely empty. Now, a cozy, corner nook for reading and a cappuccino, a modern coffee bar greeting you when you walk in.
‘’We want to inspire the community, we want you to stop, and capture those moments with the people you love and care about. And we want to be a part of that because that’s how everything started. This is not just about coffee, is about what really matters. Is about what makes us humans.’’
