Sukeban, located at 1420 S. Alamo St., is hosting its first champagne dinner next Wednesday, September 28th at 7 p.m. We tasted the bubbles and sushi to see what Sukeban has in store for the dinner.
The Omakase Champagne dinner is 5 courses of chef’s choice starting with appetizers like Steamed Wagyu dumplings, Octopus seaweed salad and finishing off with a fried green tea ice cream. The main course is a colorfully plates selection of wild fish and dragon roll. Each course will be paired with a vintage or non-vintage Champagnes from House of Taittinger.
