Prove your humanity

I miss the cozy yet elegant atmosphere of being in High Street Wine on a Saturday night. Diving into a perfectly curated charcuterie board with a friend or two and just letting yourself be completely present.

Luckily, you can still indulge in the comfort of your own home or High Street Wine’s twinkle light-filled patio. High Street continues to amaze us by offering limited outdoor seating and pick-up services.

One service High Street offers is taking away the stress of perfecting the sensational charcuterie board called the “Ultimate Picnic Pack”. This pack includes an array of cheeses, meats, jams, and a baguette; complemented with a bottle of wine, two Govino reusable plastic glasses, and a High Street Wine ice bag.

I for one have spent hours in Central Market (and doing extensive research on YouTube) to perfect the most picturesque board, now I have some help from my favorite local wine shop with it’s meat and cheese selections as well as a delightfully paired wine to go with my Instagram-ready board.

High Street Wine is taking care of our wine needs while at the same time taking care of the community’s needs. High Street is now offering wine packs (a selection of four different bottles of your choosing), picnic packs and wine classes for local wine lovers like you and me. For every pack or class purchased, one of High Street Wine’s very own employees will complete an hour of community service. The organizations include Meals on Wheels, SA Food Bank, West Avenue Compassion, and the SA Hope Center.

More information can be found here on their website: http://highstreetwine.com/community-partners/

This good wine isn’t the only thing that is making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, it’s the fact that one of my favorite local businesses is making an effort to help their community during these trying times that can be stressful for us all.
