Step inside the great outdoors at TBD amongst patio furniture, lights and jumbo backyard games. Play Connect Four, Battleship and giant Jenga from the comfort of the air condition. Meanwhile, the outdoor patio overlooks The Club at Sonterra, with DIY fire pits, corn hole and live music.

TBD is quickly becoming known for their cocktails served up in personal pitchers. For $8.50 you can have a mega-sized drink. As recommended by our waitress, we tried the Texas Beach, featuring tequila, triple sec and cranberry juice, and the Super Spiked Lemonade. Perfect for summer hangouts, TBD makes their own house-made lemonade and combines it with three flavors of Absolut Vodka. Meanwhile, their Strawberry Margarita, is a strawberry-lover’s delight with Sauza Hornitos Plata Tequila and a generous portion of the red fruit muddled inside. If Cocktails in pitchers aren’t your thing, TBD offers a wide variety of wines and 14 beers on tap. Feeling adventurous? Try the TBD mystery beer for $2.

Not many bars can say their food is as good as their drinks. With menus on the back of old vinyl sleeves, ordering food is a complete TBD experience. For snacks, the Chorizo Queso is ready for dipping with potato skins and chips. For a meal, the TBD Tacos are a staff pick. An order comes with two street tacos, available to mix and match with the protein of your choice—chorizo, pork carnitas, chipotle chicken, or blackened shrimp. We have our eyes on the Fry Bar for our next visit. Yes, it’s as great as you’d imagine; personalize your potatoes by picking your favorite dipping sauce, toppings, smotherings or go poutine-style!

Grab your friends for an (indoor) backyard party at TBD from Sundays through Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. – 12 a.m. or Thursday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Find a calendar of events online, from trivia nights on Mondays to scavenger hunts on Wednesday and karaoke on Sundays. TBD is 21 and up from 8 p.m. to close.
