We recently had the chance to tour the FA3 layout at the newly transformed Peanut Factory Lofts, located at 939 S. Frio. Once a working peanut factory, the Peanut Factory Lofts now stands falls as a 102 unit apartment complex.
The FA3 layout is an 862 square foot, one bedroom one bath. You can choose between urban or contemporary interior apartment style. This layout has a study space for a desk, a large kitchen area and wood plank flooring.
The complex is equipped with a gorgeous pool, two dog parks, and an onsite fitness center for its residents.
The Peanut Factory Lofts is currently offering one month free on a 14 month contract. They also offer a 5% discount to students (downtown UTSA!) fire fighters, teachers, police officers, medical and military.
