Numerous restaurants at Pearl have special menus for the annual celebration. There’s really only one questions – where will you ring in the new year?

Boiler House
In addition to its normal menu, Boiler House will offer a special four-course menu on New Year’s Eve from 6 to 11 p.m. for $75 per person, with optional wine pairing choices at $35 or $55 per person. Courses will feature a Ricotta Gnudi; Wild Mushroom Tart, Lobster French Toast, or Foie Gras Torchon; Trout Meuniere, Pork Shank, or Texas Akaushi Prime Rib; and for dessert, a Mexican Chocolate Torte. Southerleigh
Southerleigh will offer a five-course prix fixe menu on New Year’s Eve for $75 per person, including Fried Shallot, Chilled Gulf Oyster, and Barbecue Mignonette; Spicy Shrimp Bisque; Local Green Salad with Smoked Duck; choice of Slow Roasted 44 Farms Bone-In Ribeye, Pan Seared Gulf Red Snapper, or Braised Local Lamb Shank; and for dessert, a choice of Pecan Slab Pie or Butternut Squash Pot de Crème. The Granary
The Granary ‘Cue & Brew will host a three-course set menu on New Year’s Eve for $50 per person with multiple options for each course – a mixture of classic dishes currently offered at the restaurant in addition to several new items being made exclusively for New Year’s Eve. Reservations are recommended but walk-ins will be accepted and the last seating will be at 9:45 p.m.

Nao
Nao Latin Gastro Bar will ring in the new year with two prix fixe menu options. From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Nao will offer its normal menu in addition to a three course dinner of Trio Latino of Arepa Venezolana, Patacones Colombiano, Anticucho Peruano; choice of Grilled Beef Sirloin, Fillet of Gulf Fish, or Roasted Whole Pumpkin; and Cazuelita de Chocolate and Caramelized Plantains. This menu will cost $45 per person without wine pairings or $55 per person with wine paired for two courses. From 9 p.m. to close, Nao will add another course of Butternut Squash Soup and include a champagne toast. This menu will be offered at $55 per person with no wine pairing or $80 for wine pairings with each course.

Hotel EmmaHotel Emma
Sternewirth at Hotel Emma will kickoff the New Year with music from local favorite DJ Steven Moya, light hors d’oeuvres, party favors, and a champagne toast. Tanks at the bar will be available for reservation for $1,000 for a maximum of 8 people per tank, including two cover charges. The tank reservations will also include a bottle of Veintitres Barrel Select Milagro Reposado and a bottle of champagne. Tickets are priced at $100 per person and only available to those with room packages at Hotel Emma.

Additionally, guests at Hotel Emma are invited to the New Year’s Eve Party at The Elephant Cellar to enjoy an evening of music by local legend Doc Watkins and his 16-piece orchestra, along with an open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres, food stations and a dessert bar, champagne toast, and party favors at midnight. The evening, priced at $250 per person and only available to room packages, is a black-tie affair beginning at 9 p.m.
