With a new season comes new flavors. Cover 3, located at 1806 N Loop 1604 W, has introduced new items to their menu that can’t be missed this fall. Our first taste of the new menu started off with the Cover 3 Press, a refreshing cocktail made with Aviation Gin, lemon grass, fresh cucumber & lime, club soda and Sprite. Make sure to sip on one of these drinks during Happy Hour for $2 off. We paired the Cover 3 Press with the newest flatbread on the menu. The Meatball Flatbread starts off with a classic Sicilian sauce, mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes basil and parmesan all topped off with thick sliced of meatballs.

My favorite item off the new fall menu is the Blackened Snapper with Fresh Blue Crab. This tasty seafood medley comes together in a roasted tomato-garlic sauce, topped with heirloom tomato & spinach salad.

Cover 3 has added an All American classic with a twist to their fall menu. The Chicken Fried N.Y. Strip is hearty dish served with whipped potatoes, vegetables and topped with a green chile cream gravy.  You can start the day with the N.Y. strip served with two eggs and country fried potatoes on Saturday & Sunday from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. Swap out the wine for a Bloody Mary and you will be brunching in no time!
