The hotel offers a complimentary happy hour with discounted drinks from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., milk and cookies from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and a breakfast bar from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., seven days a week. If you’re like me and view the hotel as a big part of your vacation, having the option to eat in occasionally is great. They also have a restaurant and lounge, as well as a café for more options.
One of my favorite features of the hotel was the rooftop pool and hot tub on the 23rd floor. I went out in the evening and loved being surrounded by the city lights. Also located on the 23rd floor, was the gym that had anything you might need for a quick workout during your stay. Meeting rooms, ballroom, and other event spaces were also available, in fact there was a wedding happening the night I was there.
If you are planning a visit to Houston anytime soon, or wanted to get away, I would definitely recommend the Magnolia Hotel for the location and amenities!
